Senshi and Dragons History
About the RPG
| Our rpg is a combined world of Sailor Moon and Dragonball Z. There are so many things that are similiar, and also aspects about the world of Senshis and Dragons that are different. For one, we do not follow the series exactly and sometimes not even close. We have a set storyline that we provide and the members make up the rest as they go along. Interactive Fiction or Story-telling. Take your pick. Our rpg is unique in that we keep the character's attitudes and power the same but also add a little spice of our own. Our character's evolve and grow as we go along in the rpg and that includes finding new levels, new powers, and new aspects to our personalities. We feel it's the exploration of new ground that keeps our rpg fresh. So read on, take a small gander of what the history is about. See for yourself how simply amazing our world is to you. |
What's Different
| The world the rpg takes place in is based almost soley on Sailor Moon however some aspects of this have changed over the course of the RPG. As such, there are no dinosaurs, flying cars, talking animals(with exceptions--Senshi guardians, and Korin). Kame still looks after the Earth in the floating palace much as he does in Dragonball Z. Capsule Corporation is one of the biggest differences. Bulma and her father are not the inventive geniuses that they are in Dragonball and dynocaps do not exist. Instead, Capsule Corporation is a privately owned Space Agency much alike to N.A.S.A . |
The Timeline
| Even though at the beginning the story was to take place strictly in the Sailor Moon universe it quickly changed and the two universes seem to have amalgamated into one existence that encompasses both the elements of the Sailor Moon and Dragonball Z universes. (The rpg does not follow the tv series but only involves the characters.) |
Long long (very long) ago:
| The Silver Millennium---Queen Serenity was ruler of the Moon Kingdom. Her daughter, Princess Serenity, was betrothed to Prince Endemion of Earth. At this time there were mighty kingdoms on each of the Solar System's planets and, some say, even some of the planets moons. The princesses (and, sometimes, princes) of these kingdoms were the Senshi, elite soldiers who protected the system from evil. Beryl, the queen of a neighboring kingdom, was also in love with Endymion. Her jealousy of the Prince & Princess quickly turned to hatred, and she became possessed by Queen Metallia, ruler of the Dark Kingdom. With the power of the Dark Kingdom at her command Beryl seduced 4 of Earths mightiest warriors into Metallia's service, destroying their mortal bodies and re-creating them as youmas. Beryl and her legions destroyed each planetary kingdom one by one until only the Earth and Moon kingdoms were left. In a final climactic battle it appears as though the Dark Kingdom has won when the Inner Senshi, are destroyed. A dying Queen Serenity uses the power of the Silver Imperium Crystal to send their spirits, (as well as the spirits of the Dark Kingdom warriors, apparently) far into the future, where they will be reborn as mortals. The good Queen also sends Luna and Artemis, her two feline advisors, with them to watch over and guide them |

Fast forward::
| The Solar System is born anew. Gone are the last vestiges of the proud kingdoms that once stood on every planet. Earth is now the only inhabited planet in this Solar System, It is now watched over by the wise Kame, an alien from the planet Namek. As a gift to the people of Earth Kame created the dragonballs. When all seven of these were brought together it became possible to summon a dragon who would then grant one wish to whoever had summoned it. The dragonballs would then turn to stone for one year and scatter to the far corners of the globe. Due to the difficulty of finding all seven balls and the sheer un-believability of it all they are soon regarded as myth and mostly forgotten by all but a few. A powerful warrior sets his sights on Earth. He fancies himself as a sort of cosmic real estate broker, evicting the inhabitants of planets, by way of global genocide, and then selling the unpopulated worlds. He sends a baby Saiya-jin warrior named Kakarott to Earth to clear the planet of its human infestation. The youth grows up in rural Japan, knowing nothing of his heritage or his mission. The only link being a monkeyish tail which is removed when he is still young. The boy, named Gokou by his earth "parent", grows and comes to dominate the "World Martial Arts Tournament." The "World Martial Arts Tournament" was held once every year and tested the skills of the strongest and finest warriors the earth had to offer. It was permanently canceled after a particularly fierce fight between Gokou and Piccolo, another Namek who is intrinsically linked to Kame, completely destroyed the arena. The warriors of this once most famous and infamous of tournaments quickly faded into obscurity. Only to become major players in a future battle to save the planet. More Saiya-jin warriors come to the earth. This time there are three, Vegeta, Radditsu, and Nappa. They came solely for the dragonballs and were willing to destroy everything on the planet in order to obtain them. Their goal was to wish for immortality and thus become the most powerful warriors in the universe. Their plans were thwarted by Gokou, with help from Piccolo and several others. Unfortunately, Gokou died in the battle. While in the afterlife, Gokou was trained by King Kai, who is a supernatural martial arts master. Gokou was wished back to life with the use of the dragonballs. Meanwhile the Senshi have been reincarnated as normal girls, with absolutely no recollection of their previous lives. Beryl soon makes a vie for power and the Senshi are finally revealed. They fight a secret battle with the Dark Kingdom in Tokyo. They are victorious against Beryl this time. However, the most powerful of Beryl's warriors, Kunzite, survives. After the battle the girls lose all memory of being the Pretty Suited Senshi, until they were needed once more. They now protect the Earth from the depredations of the Dark Kingdom and all who oppose love and justice. |
